Metal Eden, developed by Reikon Games and published by Deep Silver, is a sci-fi first-person-shooter where a robot war is taking place in an orbital city that has been turned into one giant death trap.
Reikon Games has released a brand new combat trailer along with the announcement that a demo will be available on April 8th, 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox S/X, and PC. Gameplay elements include wall-running, dashing, grappling, and ramming to take down enemies.
Metal Eden reminds me of games like Bullestorm, Necromunda: Hired Gun, and Doom and the likes. It looks fun and I dig the visual style and futuristic setting. The game's official release date is set for May 6, 2025. I look forward to trying the demo out.
