Stand-Alone Playtest Registration Available Now, Starts March 20th

Stand-Alone is an action roguelite with fluid pixel animation and skill-deck building. Step into and be a sheep armed with a sci-fi greatsword, carving a path through wolves. Modify your skills within the desolate worlds of a sci-fi apocalypse to create a unique combat style that is all your own.

The above is taken directly from the Steam store page. I've been following the game for a little while cuz I think it looks pretty cool. LIFUEL, developer and publisher, just announced today that Stand-Alone will be entering a Playtest on March 20th and you can sign up for that as of right now directly through the Steam page

If you're unfamiliar with Steam playtest requests, it's a new thing they've been doing for a couple of years now or so. The request button is found on the main store page for the games, scroll down a little bit where you would normally find the add to cart or download demo button. It's a great new feature.

One of my first thoughts when deciding to share this news was that people might not understand "Stand-Alone" is the actual name of the game and not an expansion pack to a game. That's a bit funny to me to think about. Anyways, the game looks cool so I wanted to share the news. You can view this page for the official announcement. Thanks for reading. Game on.
